1.Commencement of warranty
The warranty duration begins on the date the company was founded and when the product has been delivered to the customer.
2.Warranty coverage
Product guarantee. The company is prepared to replace components or repair damaged items caused by material flaws. Regarding the factory’s manufacturing process throughout the following time frame.

3.เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน
ทางบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายอันเกิดจากสาเหตุดังต่อไปนี้
- การติดตั้งและการใช้งานที่ไม่เป็นไปตามคำแนะนำของบริษัทฯ
- อุบัติเหตุ อุบัติภัย และภัยธรรมชาติ
- เปลี่ยนผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์ (ผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์ คือ ผู้ที่มีชื่อในใบรับประกัน)
- การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสีวัสดุ เช่น ความเก่าจากการใช้งาน ความหมอง อันเนื่องจากการใช้งานที่ผิดวิธี หรือการใช้งานมาแล้วเป็นระยะเวลานาน
- การติดตั้ง การรื้อถอน ที่ไม่ถูกวิธี
- การซ่อมแซม ดัดแปลง ปรับแต่ง ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง รวมไปถึงการใช้ชิ้นส่วนหรือวัสดุทดแทนอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากวัสดุเดิม
4.ความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า
- กรอกรายละเอียดการรับประกันเพื่อส่งกลับบริษัทฯ ภายใน 7 วัน หรือกรอกรายละเอียดการรับประกันผ่านเว็บไซต์ (www.diamondbrand.com) นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้าและเก็บใบรับประกันนี้ไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
- การกระทำนอกเหนือจากคู่มือ หรือคำแนะนำ โปรดสอบถามจากฝ่ายบริการหลังการขายเพื่อความแน่ใจ โดยติดต่อ โทร.0-2757-6100 ต่อ 616 , 062-725-1441 ติดตามสถานะการแจ้งซ่อมได้ที่
- การซ่อมแซมหรือเคลมสินค้าในระยะประกัน สามารถโทรแจ้งมายังฝ่ายบริการหลังการขายของบริษัทฯ นอกจากนั้นท่านสามารถเลือกวิธีการซ่อม โดยส่งสินค้าเข้ามายังบริษัทฯ หรือแจ้งให้เจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าไปดำเนินการตรวจสอบพื้นที่ โดยไม่คิดค่าตรวจสอบ และซ่อมแซมตามเงื่อไขการรับประกัน (ยกเว้นค่าเดินทาง)
- โปรดปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำการใช้งานของบริษัทฯ ที่ติดอยู่กับผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างเคร่งครัด
